Love this place! Every time I call they answer in a timely fashion. They always have answers for me and it doesn’t take long at all the make changes or add things! Not to mention the staff are always very helpful and virtuous!

Saved over $600 dollars a year with family car insurance and home owners insurance. This was a no brainier. Customer service representative was pleasant and efficient. Direct answers to direct question. And better coverage! Recommend.

I have been working with Community Insurance for over 40 years through all their transitions. The staff (I have been through 2 agents who have retired) have always been helpful and professional. I have home owners, car, and business insurance with them. They are fantastic!!

I've had so many unexpected things happen to me and Community Insurance was with me 100%. We planned a party with about 200 guests. I called and got a million dollar liability rider just in case someone got injured, it cost almost nothing and was in place both before and after the party. Then my husband died suddenly, they were kind and gracious in handling changes. I got hit head on by a 16 year old who was texting. The insurance adjuster had a generous check for me before I even could pick up the rental car. They were there recently for me when high winds stripped off part of my roof. Service is prompt, courteous, and to me more than fair. I rate them 100%, they could not be better.

The person I work had always been there every time I called. She is great with our car insurance, home owners insurance! She has helped when my son needed insurance. I was in an accident she was so helpful since it was my first time dealing with the situation. Great experience;)

I worked with Amy to setup a new home and auto insurance policy. Amy was awesome! She was professional, knowledgeable, polite, and always willing to answer my questions. I was very pleased, and would definitely recommend!

Blanche from the New Holland Branch was awesome! She made the process of getting home owners insurance for the first time feel like a breeze. Being able to talk with the same representative makes the experience more personable as well =))

Very helpful. I was at work, and they understood, so we communicated via email. They worked with me base on coverage needs and how much I could afford. They answered my questions in a timely manner...very pleased with my experienced. And got coverages through a very respectful Insurance Company, Erie Insurance. Great job!
